Two rooftop hot tubs, spacious one-bedroom condos, and great access to downtown attractions.

We loved cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop hot tubs after a day of exploring. The laundry machines available for free were super handy, and it was nice to kick back in the cozy common area too. Just a heads-up, there's a $12 daily parking fee, which we didn't expect, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience 😄

Consider requesting a top-floor room for a quieter experience, especially if noise is a concern during your stay.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and cozy.
I had not anticipated the $12 per day parking fee, which reminded me of an unexpected expense. While the rooftop hot tubs were a lovely touch, I found the lack of a pool disappointing, as it limits options for relaxation. The noise from nearby establishments occasionally disturbed our peace during the evenings, impacting our overall comfort.

The staff, everyone, was exceptionally attentive and very informative. The setting was quite great within easy reach of a rail museum. And the area was nice enough, close enough to beautiful downtown Durango shops and restaurants, and the Durango-Silverton Railway and many restaurants and shops.
